New Labour Code Update 2025 ⚠️ Big Changes for Workers Explained!

भारत सरकार ने 21 नवंबर 2025 से चार नए Labour Codes लागू किए हैं — इसके साथ 29 पुराने श्रम कानूनों को एकीकृत कर दिया गया है।

🛠️ मुख्य बदलाव:
• न्यूनतम वेतन अब नौकरी, ठेका या फर्म — सभी में लागू।
• श्रमिकों को सैलरी + Social Security (PF/NPS) + सुरक्षित कार्य-स्थितियाँ मिलेंगी।
• कामगारों के अधिकार सुरक्षित, Safety & Working Conditions अब रहेंगी सुनिश्चित।

⚠️ जरूरी: नौकरी लेते समय देखें कि आपके employer ने PF/NPS दिया है या नहीं; Wages + Working Conditions सही हों।

The Government of India has notified 4 New Labour Codes effective 21 November 2025, merging 29 old labour laws.

🔹 Key Changes:
• Minimum wages now apply to permanent, contract and fixed-term workers.
• Workers now get salary + Social Security (PF/NPS) + safe working conditions.

SNA-Sparsh Kya Hai?: CSS के लिए नया ‘Just-In-Time’ फंड फ्लो”

भारत सरकार ने 1 नवंबर 2025 से CSS (केंद्रीय प्रायोजित योजनाओं) के सभी फंड को SNA-Sparsh सिस्टम के माध्यम से रिलीज़ करने की व्यवस्था लागू की है।

यह “just-in-time” भुगतान प्रणाली है जिसे RBI के e-Kuber प्लेटफॉर्म के ज़रिए चलाया जाता है, जिससे राज्यों की ट्रेजरी में पैसा लंबे समय तक नहीं रुकेगा।

इसके फायदे:

रुपये का जमाव कम करने से अनुमानतः ₹11,000 करोड़ की बचत।

अधिक पारदर्शिता और बेहतर मिलान (reconciliation)।

आसान और त्वरित फंड रिलीज़ प्रक्रिया।

चुनौतियाँ:

अभी भी कुछ CSS योजनाएँ इस प्लेटफॉर्म पर पूरी तरह नहीं हैं।

कुछ राज्यों में वेरिफिकेशन या पेमेंट में देरी की समस्याएँ सामने आई हैं।

The Government of India has mandated that all CSS (Centrally Sponsored Scheme) funds will be released via the SNA-Sparsh system starting 1st November 2025.

Sparsh is a “just-in-time” payment mechanism using RBI’s e-Kuber platform, designed to prevent large idle cash balances in state treasuries.

Benefits include:

Estimated savings of ₹11,000+ crore by consolidating unspent funds.

Enhanced transparency and better reconciliation.

Faster and more efficient fund release for schemes.
Challenges:

Some schemes are still being onboarded onto Sparsh.

Delays in verification and payments have been reported in a few states.

Jal Shakti Abhiyan: Catch the Rain Success Story | Tina Dabi

IAS टीना डाबी को 6th National Water Awards 2025 और पहला Jal Sanchay–Jan Bhagidari Award मिला है।
बाड़मेर में ‘Jal Shakti Abhiyan – Catch the Rain’ के तहत बड़े स्तर पर बारिश के पानी का संचयन किया गया, जिसके कारण जिले को लगभग ₹2 करोड़ का पुरस्कार मिला।

मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार IAS रिया डाबी को भी जल संरक्षण के लिए ₹1 करोड़ का सम्मान मिला है (आधिकारिक पुष्टि शेष)।

PM Dhan-Dhaanya Krishi Yojana-100 जिलों में किसानों के लिए बड़ा बदलाव
The Government of India has launched the PM Dhan-Dhaanya Krishi Yojana — a major agriculture transformation scheme covering 100 low-productivity districts, with a ₹24,000 crore annual outlay and the merging of 36 existing schemes from 11 ministries.
