6 days. One mission. A new way of teaching and learning.
We recently concluded the STEP (Smart Technical Education Program) Teacher Training at TRI, Sikkim, where educators came together to explore a different approach to education—one that goes beyond memorization and focuses on computational thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and collaboration.
Throughout the six-day training, teachers experienced the STEP curriculum firsthand, learned how each classroom activity is designed, and discovered how meaningful learning happens when students are encouraged to think, experiment, and build solutions together.
This was more than a training program—it was the beginning of a shared vision to transform classrooms into spaces where curiosity leads the way.
A heartfelt thank you to every educator who participated with enthusiasm and dedication. The journey has just begun.
