What is Anxiety ?
Anxiety is a feeling of fear, dread, and uneasiness.

Anxiety Test (A.Test) (Hindi)
it contains 100 items to measure anxiety in ten areas-physiological manifestations, family anxieties, social approval, and relations, worries regarding success and failure in work, anxieties regarding love and friendship, health appearance and injury, academics, and vocational worries, worries regarding future, guilt, and shame. Responses are to be sought in "yes" or "No" form. It is meant for age groups between 15-22 years.

Mental Health Scale (MHS) (Bilingual): It measures an individual's good mental health or psychological well-being. The scale has five dimensions- realistic, joyful living, autonomy, emotional stability, and social maturity.

What Is Altruism behavior?

Altruism is when we act to promote someone else’s welfare, even at a risk or cost to ourselves. Though some believe that humans are fundamentally self-interested, recent research suggests otherwise:

Studies have found that people’s first impulse is to cooperate rather than compete.

The Altruism Scale has been used for measuring altruistic behavior of an individual. It is likert type scale of 40 items.
