RULES AND REGULATION OF THE MADRASAH FOR STUDENTS
Students are the real architects of society. Students of today are the responsible citizens of tomorrow. So they should be disciplined from student life. At the very beginning of the academic year 2016, they reminded of the rules and regulations of the Madrasah for proper guidance in life.

i) Students should come to Madrasah in uniform specified by the Madrasah. This is applicable to all the students studying in this Madrasah. Their uniform must be neat and clean, and guardians should be careful to it.
ii) Reach the Madrasah by 10.35 a.m.
iii) Join the assembly in orderly manner as soon as the prayer bell rings.
iv) Make use of dustbins provided for throwing bits of papers, etc.
v) Take care of your Madrasah properties. Damages of the Madrasah property by students will attract with heavy fines.
vi) Late comers will be sent back home.
vii) Students must enter their classrooms after the tiffin-break.
viii) Keep your books and others belongings in your safe custody. Madrasah authority will not take any responsibility for missing.
ix) Maintain decorum and discipline in the laboratories.
x) Address your teachers and all other members of the teaching and non-teaching staff with due respect and politeness.
xi) Submit the projects on due time. Madrasah authority will not be held responsible for non submission of project work, appearing in practical Examination and oral examination in due time.
xii) 70% attendance at Madrasah is compulsory for every student (according to the rules of WBBME & WBCHSE). A student having less than 50% attendance will not be allowed to sit for the exam except valid medical proof regarding illness.
xiii) Mobile phones are strictly prohibited. You are advised to contact to the office of the Institution for correspondence, if necessary.
xiv) Parents are advised to keep in touch with the Headmaster/Subject teachers to have an updates about their wards.
xv) Guideline for Promotion to the next higher class subject to decision of the Madrasah authority.
xvi) No arrangement for re-examination is possible if a student fail to appear on the particular day of exam. No average marking will be added for this absence. A medical certificate in this regard cannot be accepted.
xvii) If a student adopts unfair means in the exam of particular subject is liable to be rejected. If it happens again in the same exam course or in the same academic year all his exams are liable to be rejected.
xviii) If any certificate is needed, a student should apply to HM with proper reason together with a copy of his photo in Madrasah uniform & ID Card. The Certificate will be available from the Madrasah office two days after the submission of his application. The application should be submitted to HM by a student himself/herself after Madrasah Break-up.

WARNING

For any act of serious indiscipline, the Madrasah reserve its right to expel the student with or without warning.

OUR EARNEST REQUEST TO GUARDIANS

Innocent are children, and they are like your sons. Please do not be a cause of trouble to their well being. With this end in view, I (Headmaster) want to make the following requests to each and every guardian:
1. Please keep the entrance clear specially in to the Madrasah during school/exam hour.
2. Some days are mandatory observed in Madrasah. Please encourage your son/daughter to join the progamme.
3. Keep a watch on Madrasah notices (Madrasah website: www.agjshm.org and notices hung in the notice board) and tell your son/daughter to be alert about them.
4. Please inform to the concerned class teacher regarding your son / daughter’s chronic disease (if any).
5. If your address / phone number are changed, please inform us without delay through a letter.
6. Please pay the Charges at the beginning of the yearly session at a time.
7. If a trouble creates up between your son/daughter and any students of Madrasah, please let the class teacher know about this (If necessary contact HM). Please do not solve the problem personally.
