امسال فارغ ہونے والے مفتیانِ کرام ۔ مفتی محمد علی جان نظامی نے ’’ الدلائل النبویہ فی المسائل الحنفیہ‘‘ کے موضوع پر اور مفتی عبدالصمد خان نظامی ’’ احکام حج و عمرہ مع جدید مسائل ‘‘ نے دو نہایت اہم موضوعات پر اپنی علمی پیش قدمی کو منظرِ عام پر لا کر اس روایت کو مزید مضبوط کیا ہے۔

The Shari‘ah Council – Edarah-e-Shari‘ah Darul Ifta & Darul Qaza,
under the auspices of Jamia Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya,
is a distinguished academic institution where the science of Ifta is taught not merely as an intellectual discipline, but as a religious responsibility and an act of worship.
Here, the training of students is not confined to textual references alone. Instead, they are guided to thoughtfully consider:

Under the supervision of learned, insightful, and practising M***is, students are trained in:

enabling them to guide the Ummah with confidence, caution, and wisdom.
The environment of the Darul Ifta reflects a harmonious blend of academic dignity, moral refinement, and intellectual seriousness, where continuous efforts are made to nurture thoughtful, responsible, and principled M***is.
📘 A Unique Distinction
To cultivate a scholarly spirit of authorship and research, graduating M***is are encouraged—under the guidance of their teachers—to undertake writing projects on significant and contemporary subjects.
This year, graduating scholars have further strengthened this tradition:
• M***i Muhammad Ali Jan Nizami presented his scholarly work “Al-Dalā’il al-Nabawiyyah fi al-Masā’il al-Hanafiyyah”
• M***i Abdul Samad Khan Nizami authored “Ahkam-e-Hajj wa Umrah with Contemporary Issues”
These valuable academic contributions are the result of the guidance and tireless efforts of
