GCON 2026 GCON is a flagship annual international conference of the IEEE Guwahati Subsection.

The third edition of the conference GCON 2026 is scheduled to be held from June 3-5, 2026, at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati, Assam.

🎤 Keynote Speaker Announcement | GCON 2026 🎤

We are delighted to announce Prof. Debatosh Guha as a Keynote Speaker at the IEEE Guwahati Subsection Conference 2026 (GCON 2026), to be held during June 3–5, 2026 at IIT Guwahati.

Prof. Guha is a Fellow of IEEE, NASI, IAS, INAE, and INSA, and is internationally renowned for his seminal contributions to antennas, electromagnetics, and microwave engineering. His presence will greatly enrich the technical depth and global standing of GCON 2026.

We are pleased to announce Prof. Ram Bilas Pachori as a Keynote Speaker at the IEEE Guwahati Subsection Conference 2026 (GCON 2026), scheduled during June 3–5, 2026 at IIT Guwahati.

Prof. Pachori is a Fellow of IEEE, INAE, IET, AAIA, IETE, and IEI, and is internationally recognized for his outstanding contributions to signal processing, biomedical engineering, and brain–computer interface technologies. His keynote address will add significant technical depth and insight to GCON 2026.
