If you don't believe it yourself, don't ask anyone else to do so.

It is virtually impossible not to transmit your doubts and insecurities to others through body language, tone of voice, inflection, word choice, and other subtle characteristics. When you show by your actions that you lack self-confidence, other people doubt your ability to perform. You can gain the respect and confidence of others. Begin by listing all the things you like about yourself and what you would like to change. Make a conscious effort to build upon your positive strengths and correct your weaknesses. It may not be easy, but you will eventually prevail if you assess yourself objectively and persevere in your efforts.

Does money make people happy? 💰

Numerous studies prove: it's not money that makes us happy. But why is this myth so popular?

In reality, money does bring happiness, but a little and not for long . Comparing different countries and people of different wealth within the same countries, it's evident that for the poor, happiness is directly tied to material well-being, and their sense of happiness increases with their income .

However, once basic life needs are met – having a home, medical care, no hunger, the ability to afford relaxation, and providing good education for children – further income increase doesn't make people happier . There's a wonderful quote by Sholom Aleichem that captures this sentiment, "It's not so good with money, as it's bad without it".

People for whom money is especially important tend to feel less happy than those who take a philosophical approach to the material side of life

If you want to achieve success, support others in their success. When we help others succeed, we create a positive environment that fosters growth and collaboration. By sharing knowledge and resources, we not only benefit others but also ourselves. When we support others, we build trust and develop strong relationships that can lead to future opportunities. Ultimately, success is not a zero-sum game. There is enough success to go around, and by supporting others, we increase the likelihood of achieving our own goals.
