The Art of Bubble Tea

Before it became a global favourite, bubble tea began as a simple idea in Taiwan during the 1980s—combining freshly brewed tea, milk, and chewy tapioca pearls into a drink that would capture hearts around the world.

Today, bubble tea is more than a refreshing beverage. It reflects Taiwan’s culture of craftsmanship, creativity, and innovation, where tradition and modern flavors come together in every cup.

Whether enjoyed between classes, shared with friends, or discovered for the first time, bubble tea has become one of Taiwan’s most iconic cultural exports.

One cup. One story. Countless memories. 🧋🇹🇼

Taiwan sits along the Pacific Ring of Fire, making earthquakes a natural part of life. Rather than simply resisting seismic forces, Taiwanese engineers design buildings to move with them—combining advanced engineering with innovative technology to improve safety and resilience.

A remarkable example is Taipei 101, home to one of the world’s largest tuned mass dampers—a giant steel sphere that helps stabilize the building during strong winds and earthquakes.

This commitment to innovation extends beyond skyscrapers, influencing universities, research institutions, and cities across the island. It’s one of the many ways Taiwan transforms challenges into opportunities for progress.

In Taiwan, resilience is engineered. 🇹🇼

In Taiwan, thoughtful design can be found everywhere: from sustainable architecture and efficient public transport to inspiring libraries and learning spaces. Every detail reflects a commitment to innovation, accessibility, and quality of life.

For students, this means studying in an environment where form meets function, and every space is designed to support learning, creativity, and connection.

Designed for people. Built for tomorrow. 🇹🇼

Some campuses inspire academic excellence.

Others inspire the way you see the world.

In Taiwan, learning often happens against a backdrop of mountains, forests, and open skies—where modern architecture blends seamlessly with nature. These spaces are designed not only to support education, but also to encourage reflection, creativity, and curiosity.

Because sometimes, the best ideas begin with simply looking out the window.

Where nature meets knowledge. 🇹🇼
