When you praise your child, know that they are extremely observant. If you use vague compliments like "good job", "welldone" it may work, but sooner or later, the effect that praise should have will reduce.
Effective praise is when you compliment them on specific behaviors that you want to encourage - "you've written this very well, good job" or "well done, your hand writing is so neat", "thank you for listening to me, you're doing really well". Compliments like these show the child that you are actually observing and responding to what they are doing, it is real validation and encouragement for the child.

Negative emotions are not actually 'negative'. However, knowing how to balance the positive and negative emotions makes individuals more resilient. Knowing that both negative and positive emotions are important to survive and thrive makes it easier to accept the negativity one feels.

Negative emotions are more primal in nature, it starts up our fight or flight instinct which allows us to survive when the environment gets difficult to deal with. Getting rid of emotions like anger or aggression could lead to other unpredictable consequences.

Aside from all of this, knowing what negativity feels like, helps us appreciate the positive things in our lives better.

The whole Alpha+ class at Kanha with most of the trainers after the certificate and bag distribution ceremony.

Eye exercises works to improve vision and coordination. It also helps is tiring the children out to prepare them to absorb as much of the music as possible.

The video also plays the music that helps in entrainment while the exercises are going on which adds to the relaxation and helps the child become sleepy.

The warm up game for Alpha+ creates an environment of positivity and involvement. It creates a bond between the children and allows for them to open up due to the amount of teamwork required when doing the activities.
