2nd term - Class 10th :-

Most of the schools have started with quadratic equations while in some schools application of trigonometry (heights & distance ) is also started.

Both are very high scoring topics and student can rely on getting hundred percent marks in these topics. In fact , these are two topics which are solved first by many high scoring students.

Because well begun is half done.

As a parent , do you face a situation where your kid knows all the concepts, but still could not score hundred percent marks in his maths subject ?

Yes, most of us are facing this problem.

Main reason for this is that although concept clarity is there today, but there is hardly any practice and interest. So, if the student has understood the concept, he/she thinks he can apply that in exam but then, it doesn't work with 100% efficiency like this. A small trick in application and your question is gone.

So practice or rather proper practice is the key. We must have sufficient practice of all the types of applications possible for the concept. And this will DO the TRICK of hundred percent marks.

The difference between gold medallist and bronze medallist is 100th fraction of second !
So , even if you are in 80s , difference between scoring 100 and 80 is not big but you need to smartly , efficiently cover this.

Interesting way to calculate square of numbers ending with 5

Square of 15

Just multiply first digit by next number and suffix it with 25

So , 1 x 2 = 2 , suffix 25 , answer will be 225.

Square of 25

2 x 3 = 6 , suffix 25 , answer 625.

Square of 35

3 x 4 = 12 , suffix 25 , answer 1225.
