Kala Sangam…….An Institute established in 1997 by professional faculty in the field of Classical Music and Dance. Initially, the institute was programmed for imparting professional training to young children (age group 8years to 16 years).The teacher to students’ ratio was kept as 1:4. With the increase in number of pupils, the faculty strength was increased to maintain the “Guru-Shishya” ratio as

1:4. Over the years, a number of elders/senior citizens approached the faculty of Kala Sangam to teach music to them. In line with their wishes, classes for training the Senior Citizens were also started in 2011. A number of students wished to take professional examinations from the established Centres. The mode of teaching and training were programmed to synchronize with the approved syllabi of the recognized Centres.
