Welcome to Shiv Nadar School. Encouraging self-discovery, curiosity and lifelong learning! Both the schools provide CBSE board as well as IB Diploma programs.

Shiv Nadar School is an educational institution established under the aegis of the Shiv Nadar Foundation. With an aim to create new benchmarks in the quality of education in the K-12 segment, we started operations in the year 2012 with Shiv Nadar School NOIDA and Shiv Nadar School Gurgaon. Buoyed by the success of our efforts in the initial years, we started a third campus at Faridabad in 2015. Mo

Every dream begins with a single step.

And sometimes, that step leads to 5,895 metres above sea level.

This year, as part of the Outbound Learning Experience, our students journeyed to Mount Kilimanjaro and stood atop Africa's highest peak.

But the summit was only part of the story.

The real journey lay in everything that led to it—the preparation, the perseverance, and the challenges that shaped them along the way.

What stayed with them was a greater sense of confidence, stronger connections with one another, and a deeper understanding of themselves.

Because some of life's most important lessons are learned far beyond the classroom.

Stay tuned for the full expedition video.

What happens when every campus becomes a canvas, and every moment finds its own voice?

This month at Shiv Nadar School came alive through stories of curiosity, creativity and courage. Across our campuses, learning stepped beyond classrooms, turning into performances, explorations, discoveries and shared celebrations.

Science dived beneath every wave, while art opened new ways of seeing, shaping and expressing. Words sparked wonder, ideas moved with purpose, and young voices found confidence through leadership, dialogue and imagination.

Moments of joy brought the community together; through music, festivals, workshops and celebrations that carried warmth, laughter and connection.

Behind every creation was curiosity.
Behind every achievement, dedication.
Behind every performance, the courage to express.

More than a month of events, this was a celebration of minds in motion: learning, creating, questioning and growing together.

Step into this month’s story and relive the moments that made it memorable.
Until next time, the journey continues.

Nature connects every living thing on Earth. It reminds us that our future is deeply intertwined.

This World Environment Day, we're sharing impactful stories from across our community, each one a different response to a simple question: what does it look like when we take the future of the planet seriously?

Anveshika Singh from Shiv Nadar School, Gurgaon founded One4Water in Grade 10, driven by a simple yet urgent question: why access to clean water remains so unequal. Her initiative has since grown into a global movement, earning her the UNEP Champion Award in 2024.

ReStore at Noida campus reimagines consumption from the ground up. A student-designed space where pre-loved items find new homes, support staff are equal partners, and IB Economics students experience regenerative economics in practice.

Shiv Nadar School Forest in the Faridabad campus transformed a barren wasteland into a thriving ecosystem with nearly 8,000 evergreen trees through ecological restoration and student involvement.

The Chennai campus features a biophilic and climate-responsive design that brings nature into learning spaces and strengthens indoor and outdoor connections.

Real change happens when action turns into lasting impact.

Is this the end of the programme... or the beginning of something bigger?

At Anandam, the culminating showcase of the Aha! Arts Programme, our Grade 10 students shared their creativity with audiences beyond the school campus, taking their learning into professional artistic spaces.

From theatre and music to visual arts, the showcase was more than a celebration of artistic expression. It was the culmination of a journey marked by exploration, perseverance, reflection, and growth.

What began as a sketch, a script, or a melody evolved into something far more meaningful - confidence, self-belief, and the courage to share one's voice with the world.

Because while the programme may have concluded, the creativity, confidence, and sense of possibility it nurtured are only just beginning.

Every achievement begins long before the medal.

For Anairrah Kalra, an MYP 3 student at Shiv Nadar School, Faridabad, it began with a discipline to show up, train harder and strive for excellence every single day.

That journey led her to the Oceania International Wushu Championship 2026 in Brisbane, Australia, where, representing Team India, she secured two Gold medals in the Barehand Taolu Event (8.58) and the Weapon Routine Event (8.60).

Yet this achievement is more than a sporting success.

It reflects the discipline, resilience and dedication that transform potential into performance.

We Congratulate Anairrah on this outstanding milestone.

A Student. An Astrophysicist. A Journey to the Sun.

In this episode of the Shiv Nadar School Podcast, Siddhi Kochar (Grade 11) speaks with Dr. Nour Rawafi, whose work on the Parker Solar Probe is helping humanity better understand our closest star.

Together, they explore how solar activity affects life on Earth, how AI is transforming modern research, and why curiosity remains one of the most powerful forces behind discovery.

Every second breath we take begins in the ocean.

The 8th STEAM Conclave at Shiv Nadar School, students explored SDG 14 through the theme “Underwater Lives Matter,” shifting from the idea of simply saving the ocean to understanding our inseparable connection with it.

Through month-long conversations with marine biologists and ecologists, immersive workshops, research, and design thinking, learners uncovered how human actions ripple through marine ecosystems, biodiversity, climate, and ultimately, human life itself. Their ideas transformed into innovative solutions rooted in empathy, responsibility, and action for the future of our oceans.

The CARBON Touring Exhibition, showcased in collaboration with Science Gallery, further enriched the theme by uncovering how carbon-driven human activities from fossil fuel consumption to pollution, directly alter ocean chemistry, threaten marine biodiversity, and impact life below water.

By making these invisible connections visible through the intersection of art and science, the conclave deepened students’ understanding of SDG-14 and reinforced the ocean’s vital role in sustaining planetary balance.

Language has the power to open worlds, spark connection, and bring people closer together.

During Omniglot Week, students explored this through poetry, storytelling, theatre, and multilingual conversations that filled the school with curiosity, creativity, and cultural exchange.

As learners engaged with different forms of expression, they discovered how language carries identity, history, emotion, and perspective. Each interaction encouraged students to appreciate diverse cultures while expressing their own ideas and experiences with confidence.

Omniglot Week became a celebration of global-mindedness and student voice, inspiring learners to stay connected to their roots while embracing the richness of the world around them.

This milestone celebrates the effort, discipline, and determination that have shaped this journey. Over the years, our students have grown through learning, collaboration, new experiences, and moments of discovery that have helped shape them into thoughtful, confident, and capable individuals.

Thank you to our teachers, parents, and school community for being an integral part of this journey.

As the Class of 2025–26 moves towards universities and new beginnings, we hope they carry forward the confidence, values, and sense of purpose that will continue to guide them wherever they go.

Teaching is the profession that shapes every other profession.
A teacher’s influence extends far beyond the classroom.
It lives in the curiosity they spark, the confidence they nurture, and the futures they help shape.

At Shiv Nadar School, this belief is reflected in the philosophy of Teacher as Curriculum, where educators shape not only what students learn, but also how learning is experienced.

The 5th Collective Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Programme brought this philosophy to life through the theme, “From Anchoring Well-Being to Bridging the Vital Dimensions of Teaching and Learning.”

The presence of Sister Shivani brought a focus on self-awareness. The keynote underlined the importance of emotional well-being and purposeful action, highlighting the role of inner clarity in shaping meaningful learning environment.

Rooted in the school’s pillars of Well-being, Technology, and Sustainability, the programme brought together 1000+ educators through 45+ Learning Labs and immersive sessions across disciplines, creating space for reflection, collaboration, and deeper learning.
