अगर यह सच है कि NEET परीक्षा से दो दिन पहले लगभग 300 सवालों का एक handwritten question bank circulate हुआ था, और उसमें से करीब 150 सवाल सीधे NEET के पेपर में आ गए — तो यह सिर्फ “संयोग” नहीं हो सकता।

एक-दो सवाल match होना coincidence हो सकता है।
लेकिन डेढ़ सौ सवाल… यानी लगभग 600 नंबर का पेपर सीधे उसी question bank से आ जाना… यह किसी बहुत बड़े सिस्टम फेलियर की तरफ इशारा करता है।

इसका मतलब साफ है —
या तो paper pattern, source या actual question access परीक्षा से काफी पहले किसी organized network तक पहुँच चुका था।
और अगर ऐसा हुआ है, तो शायद जो आज सामने दिख रहा है, वह सिर्फ “Tip of the Iceberg” है।

ऐसे मामलों में अक्सर बहुत छोटी जानकारी बाहर आती है, जबकि असली स्कैंडल परतों के नीचे दबा रह जाता है।
संभव है कि ऐसे और भी question banks circulate हुए हों, और उनकी जानकारी कभी बाहर आई ही न हो।

यह NTA के लिए बहुत बड़ा credibility crisis है।
एक high-stakes exam, जिसमें लाखों बच्चों का भविष्य जुड़ा हो, उसकी sanctity पर अगर इतना बड़ा सवाल खड़ा हो जाए, तो सिर्फ press release से भरोसा वापस नहीं आता।

जो भी लोग इस पूरी गड़बड़ी के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं —
चाहे सिस्टम के अंदर हों, बाहर हों, किसी network का हिस्सा हों या influence का misuse किया हो — उन पर कठोर कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए।

सरकार और NTA को transparency दिखानी होगी।
गलती हुई है तो उसे स्वीकार करना होगा।
और अगर जांच में ये बातें सही साबित होती हैं, तो फिर RE-NEET के अलावा शायद कोई नैतिक विकल्प बचता नहीं है।

क्योंकि ईमानदार बच्चों की मेहनत किसी भी सिस्टम से बड़ी होती है।
