Day 3: PCR and gel electrophoresis were performed by students under the supervision of Dr. Shalini Porwal and results of Biochemical tests were discussed under the guidance of Dr. Arti Goel.

Day 2: Biochemical tests, DNA isolation were performed by students and results of MPN test, streaking and spread plate were discussed under the guidance of Shalini Porwal and Arti Goel.
