Pankaj Rawat has 5 focus pillars which he concentrates and preaches through Kathak:

1) Confidence Building – Developing confident body language through different postures of Kathak. Experiential Training Programs. Improvisation.

2) Team Orientation - Dynamic group choreographies. Training and performing with diverse ethnic groups and dance forms. Team building exercises e.g.: ‘Each one teaches o

ne.’

3) Fitness - Aligning mind, body and soul through Kathak. Tatkaar or foot work for stamina and building the right muscle groups. Yogic postures for meditation. Flexibility through fluid movements.

4) Multi-tasking - Technical Accuracy with controlled coordinated movements. Combining and fusing challenging rhythm patterns with hand and body movement.

5) Joy through appreciation - Enjoyment of life through appreciation of Dance, appropriate knowledge and understanding of dance. Acquiring thorough musicality and music awareness. Learning intricate Rhythmic patterns. Interpreting and miming facial expressions – ‘Bhava Ras’.
