Crisis Management and Human Behaviour is a mandatory advanced training course for Masters, Chief Mates, Chief Engineer Officers, Second Engineer Officers, and other personnel with responsibility for passenger safety during emergencies on passenger ships. The course is conducted in accordance with the STCW Convention and prepares participants to effectively lead and manage emergency situations while understanding human behaviour under stress.
