Not only the school, choose the principal too ...

If you go to a school, forget everything and first know about the principal of the organization. Who are, how are you, how many years of experience, how is their behavior towards parents, students and staff, how many years have been with this school, what is their thinking about education, how is their control over school system and staff and education of children and How free are they to make security decisions etc.

All facilities, teachers, and systems aside, and principals aside. Select the best principal.

They are the principals who run any school and its system. All tasks are under their guidance, same teachers, same studies and other activities determine. The same school decides the culture and direction. How will children behavior, conduct, behavior and discipline be, how safe they will be in school, all depends on decisions and laws implemented for the principal.

Good principals, with simple facilities, can teach children better education by even ordinary teachers, while ordinary principals still disappoint despite having great facilities and good teachers.

विविधताओं के देश भारत में हिंदी भाषा ही लोगों को एकता के सूत्र में पिरोती है। यह दुनिया भर में बसे भारतीयों को भावनात्मक रूप से एक साथ जोड़ने का काम भी करती है। इसी अहमियत को ध्यान में रखकर हर साल 10 जनवरी का दिन विश्व हिन्दी दिवस के तौर पर मनाया जाता है। पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री डॉ. मनमोहन सिंह ने हिन्दी के प्रचार-प्रसार के लिए 2006 में प्रति वर्ष 10 जनवरी को हिन्दी दिवस मनाने की घोषणा की थी।

हिंदी को वैश्विक स्तर पर बढ़ावा देने के लिए 10 जनवरी 1975 से ‘विश्व हिंदी सम्मेलन’ का आयोजन शुरू किया गया। पहले विश्व हिंदी सम्मेलन की वर्षगांठ को चिह्नित करने के लिए प्रतिवर्ष 10 जनवरी को हिंदी दिवस मनाया जाता है। इसका मकसद विश्व में हिंदी के प्रचार-प्रसार के लिये जागरूकता पैदा करना तथा हिन्दी को वैश्विक भाषा के रूप में पेश करना है।

हिन्‍दी से जुड़ी 5 दिलचस्प बातें
1. हिंदी मंदारिन, स्पैनिश, इंग्लिश के बाद विश्व की चौथी सबसे ज्यादा बोले जाने वाली भाषा है।

2. दक्षिण प्रशांत महासागर क्षेत्र में फिजी नाम का एक द्वीप देश है जहां हिंदी को आधिकारिक भाषा का दर्जा दिया गया है।

3. भारत, फिजी के अलावा मॉरीशस, फिलीपींस, अमेरिका, न्यूजीलैंड, यूगांडा, सिंगापुर, नेपाल, गुयाना, सुरिनाम, त्रिनिदाद, तिब्बत, दक्षिण अफ्रीका, सूरीनाम ,यूनाइटेड किंगडम, जर्मनी और पाकिस्तान में कुछ परिवर्तनों के साथ ही सही लेकिन हिंदी बोली और समझी जाती है।

4. हिंदी विश्व के तीस से अधिक देशों में पढ़ी-पढ़ाई जाती है, लगभग 100 विश्वविद्यालयों में उसके लिए अध्यापन केंद्र खुले हुए हैं। अमेरिका में लगभग एक सौ पचास से ज्यादा शैक्षणिक संस्थानों में हिंदी का पठन-पाठन हो रहा है।

5. ऑक्सफोर्ड डिक्शनरी की ‘वर्ल्ड इंग्लिश एडिटर’ डेनिका सालाजार के अनुसार अब तक हिंदी भाषा के करीब 1000 शब्दों को डिक्शनरी में जगह मिल चुकी है। दुनिया की सबसे प्रसिद्ध ऑक्सफोर्ड डिक्शनरी (शब्दकोश) हर साल भारतीय शब्दों को जगह दे रही है।

6. भारत में हर साल 14 सितंबर को हिंदी दिवस मनाया जाता है। दरअसल आजादी मिलने के दो साल बाद 14 सितबंर 1949 को संविधान सभा में एक मत से हिंदी को राजभाषा घोषित किया गया था। इस निर्णय के बाद हिंदी को हर क्षेत्र में प्रसारित करने के लिए राष्ट्रभाषा प्रचार समिति, वर्धा के अनुरोध पर 1953 से पूरे भारत में 14 सितंबर को हर साल हिंदी दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाने लगा। 14 सितंबर 1953 को पहली बार देश में हिंदी दिवस मनाया गया।
