Thrilled to share highlights from Leadership Team Bonding Workshop for CXOs from a famous Company! 🌟 The leadership team came together for an enriching day of collaboration and growth.
The VISAJ workshop (with Sandesh Sharma and I) featured engaging activities like an Escape Room challenge, a Trust Exercise (opening up the vulnerability to seek support), Vision and Goal Alignment session (advocating for another CXO), collaborations sought and a fun Personal Information Quiz. Each activity was designed to foster deeper connections, encouraging our CXOs to communicate their challenges openly.
ITC Bharat Hasanpur is a surprisingly great property to have such a leadership workshop....professional!!
The objective was clear: strengthen bonding, enhance understanding, and align our leaders to move forward together. We achieved just that, building a united front to tackle strategic goals with renewed synergy. These moments of collaboration are pivotal as we drive innovation across new areas of businesses.
