Today's yoga activity of the junior wing .
*A special Yoga Session was organized in the Junior Wing of Panchsheel Balak Inter College, Sec-91, Noida, with the aim of promoting physical fitness, mental peace, and overall well-being among the students.*
*All the students participated enthusiastically and performed the asanas with great energy and interest. The session created a positive and refreshing atmosphere in the school. Teachers also motivated students to adopt yoga as a part of their daily routine.*

5th Inter-School Victory Taekwondo Championship Successfully Held at Panchsheel*
On February 15, 2026, Panchsheel Balak Inter College successfully hosted the 5th Victory Inter-School Taekwondo Championship. *Mr. Kuddush Ali, Director of Victory Taekwondo Academy, Panchsheel*, informed that players from various Taekwondo academies across Delhi and Noida participated enthusiastically, impressing everyone with their outstanding performances. The championship was conducted under the direction of *Tournament Director Mr. Shakeel Ahmed*.
The event was graced by the presence of *Chief Guest Advocate Mr. Vikas Awana* and *Special Guest Dr. Neeraj Tandon, Principal of Panchsheel Balak Inter College*. The guests inaugurated the championship with young players' fights. Competitions then began in Poomsae, Speed Kicking, and Kyorugi categories for both boys and girls. A total of 100 students from 9 Taekwondo academies participated, showcasing their talent, courage, and skills in various weight categories.
The players' enthusiasm, discipline, and confidence greatly impressed the audience. All matches were thrilling and competitive. At the end, winners were announced and awarded medals and certificates.
- *Overall 1st Position*: Panchsheel Balak Inter College team secured first place with 16 Gold and 2 Silver medals. Participants from Victory Taekwondo Academy included students from classes 4 to 11, such as Parameshwaram Tandon (Class 4), Utkarsh, Alok, Ayush, Kripansh, Bhavya Dixit, Keshav, Siddharth (Class 6), Kritikant (Class 7), Abhigyan Singh Tyagi, Vishnu Agarwal, Harsh*t Yadav, Aditya Chaurasia, Uday Pratap Singh, Shubhajeet Barman (Class 😎, Vansh (Class 9), and Hariom (Class 11).
- *2nd Position*: Indo International Taekwondo Academy, Jamia, Delhi, secured second place with excellent performances in both boys and girls categories.
- *3rd Position*: Ultimate Martial Art Academy, Sector 50, Noida, secured third place.
Taekwondo officials, including Mr. Pawan, Mr. Jatin, Mr. Noore Alam, Mr. Hari Gopal, Mr. Avinash, Mr. Adarsh, Mr. Mohit, Mr. Umesh, and Mr. Farhan, were present for managing fights, refereeing, announcing results, and conducting various rounds. From the school, *Sports Teacher Mr. Sudhir Kumar, Activity In-charge Mrs. Sheetal Singh, teachers Mrs. Vandana Kaushik, Mr. Ramesh Kumar, and Mr. Santosh Kumar* played active and key roles.
Chief Guest *Advocate Mr. Vikas Awana* appreciated the efforts of all participants. *Principal Dr. Neeraj Tandan * praised the players' enthusiasm, courage, and fighting spirit, wishing them a bright future. The 5th Inter-School Victory Taekwondo Championship concluded successfully with enthusiasm, discipline, and sportsmanship.

: _Visit of Sopra Steria Representatives from Europe to Panchsheel and Inspiring Interaction with Students_
On February 10, 2026, high-performing employees from European countries of the renowned international IT company Sopra Steria visited the school and interacted with students of classes 9th and 11th. _Principal Dr. Neeraj Tandon_ informed that Sopra Steria is a prominent European company active in the IT sector. It is associated with the school through its CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives.
Employees from countries like the UK, Germany, France, Sweden, etc., who had performed excellently in their respective fields, were on a visit to the India office. As part of this visit, they toured the school and provided guidance to students through direct interaction. The program formally began with lamp lighting, followed by a musical instrumental performance by _students Hariom, Shyamantak, Vedansh, and Devansh from classes 6 to 8_ and _Music Teacher Mr. Chandan Kumar_, creating a melodious atmosphere.
_Activity in-charge Mrs. Sheetal Singh_ reported that during the interaction session, representatives shared their methods of achieving excellence, professional journey, struggles, experiences, and achievements with students. They also provided useful suggestions on how to perform better in studies, career, work field, and life. Students enthusiastically asked questions related to their work area, professional domain, work culture, and social environment. Representatives answered all questions in a simple and inspiring manner.
At the end of the program, representatives from Sopra Steria presented gifts to each student and appreciated their curiosity and active participation, motivating them to move forward. _Principal Dr. Neeraj Tandon_ expressed heartfelt thanks to all guests and gratitude for their valuable time, suggestions, and guidance.
