You have a positive attitude and the natural ability to provide excellent service in a team environment, dealing with people from many cultures

Your minimum qualification is high school graduate (Grade 12)

You need to be fluent in written and spoken English (ability to speak another language is an advantage)

You’re at least 160cm tall and can reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes, to enable you to reach emergency equipment on all aircraft types

No visible tattoos while you’re in Emirates cabin crew uniform (without covering them with bandages or cosmetics)

As Emirates cabin crew, you’ll be based in Dubai and will need to meet the UAE's employment visa requirements

Age Limit: Minimum age 18 years [ as on 01st April 2022] .

Minimum Educational Qualification: 10+2 from a recognized Board/University

Minimum Height required: 157.5 Centimeters (5’2”)

Weight: - In proportion to height

BMI Range: 18 – 22

Vision:                 

Near Vision N/5 in a better eye and N/6 in worst eye.

Distant vision 6/6 in one eye and 6/9 in another eye.

Spectacles NOT allowed.

Contact lenses up to ±2D permitted.

Colour vision should be normal on Ishihara Chart.

Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is acceptable for this role; a diploma in Travel/ Tourism is a plus.

Training in First Aid, Safety and Emergency Procedures are an added value.

Fit to fly, has good general health, no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Language: Must be fluent in Written and Spoken English.

Work Experience

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this role.

Previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role in the Airlines/Aviation/ or hospitality Industries shall be treated as an added value.

Active cabin crew license is an advantage.

Capable of working in shift pattern and for extended working hours.

Shows high flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules.

Demonstrates the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against policies, procedures, and set KPIs.
