Hi Friends,
VITAL For India presents a docu-fiction - 'A Bus Full of Goodness'. This was created recently to highlight how an ordinary person can do extra ordinary things if he could use his sense of compassion to help others.
About the Docu-fiction:
‘A Bus Full Of Goodness’ is a short docu-fiction that depicts the true story of a bus owner named Sri. Vidyadharan who has been helping many seriously ill poor patients, mostly young children, by donating all the money collected on the first day of every month from his four buses that run in different routes of Kasaragod district in Kerala. This is perhaps the only such case in India, where a conscientious bus owner, his empathetic and ever-willing bus employees and so many kind-hearted passengers, well-wishers and volunteers join together to extend a helping hand to those who are struggling, physically and mentally, at the most helpless juncture in their lives. Since first February 2016, these buses - all named as Mookambika - have helped over 100 patients with a total collection of over 20 lakhs, thus far.
