With a humble beginning IPERT (Institute for Psychological Empowerment Research & Training) have soared high in the education horizon of Kerala, by setting up study centres throughout the length and breadth of the state reaching to the remote villages, indeed with all your support and prayers and I take this opportunity to thank all of you. Bringing newer training methodologies, innovative courses, and approaches to the system of education and much more the journey of IPERT is quiet unique as it is clear from the from the achievements we made during the last few years. Let us have a look at our various divisions.
IPERT Civil Service Academy – a division of IPERT, is an excellent avenue for the most talented young generation, especially students from 8th STD, plus 2 & college first time in the country, that too from the micro villages all over INDIA in order to set a bright future and shaping a new India. Our vision is to develop a young generation across India who can become the pillars of a strong Nation, youths who are free from corruption, obscurantism, religious fanaticism and dedicated to the national integration where the vision of a bright and scintillating INDIA which will be the engine of a big train called the WORLD in 2030 in to a reality. We at IPERT believe that this can be achieved when a bright & talented young generation is aroused psychologically, groomed in Human Values and to be placed them among the Indian Civil service where they get a big canvas to write a new history.
IPERT Centre for Scientific Research & Innovations is a sister organization of IPERT. We are an eclectic mix of researchers, academicians and scientific experts. It is known that for the economic progress and future development of a nation, the invention and application of novel technologies is significant. So our country needs research personnel and scientists in abundance. The best way to go about this issue is to develop a scientific temperament in children. It is essential to understand the scientific attitude among school students and we must inculcate that temperament to create the scientists of tomorrow. Our academy is a one stop resource for students who are eager to dwell in to research and to embark their career as a research scientist.
IPERT School of Banking - Banking industry is second to none in providing an attractive job opportunity. Be it job satisfaction, salary or perks it provides a person with so many allurements. Moreover banking industry has become an essential part of everybody’s life. The role of banking in the growth of economy as well as that of an individual can’t be denied. Our school of banking brings a highly innovative training method for the aspirants.
IPERT Centre for Mental Health is the largest chain of mental health clinics in the country dealing with research and promotion of positive mental health among children of India. We are specialized in early detection, diagnosis and proper intervention of LEARNING DISABILITIES and Mental Disorders among school children. Also it is known to all that our school children face too many challenges due to the fast modern life and the new education systems. Many of them are facing serious issues like exam fear, stress, anxiety, depression, family related issues, unwanted relationships, phobia, PTSD, conduct disorders, addictions etc. Many parents are ignoring them and the ultimate result is their total failure both in exams and life.
We at IPERT understand that they need a better person to understand them and their feelings. In view of this we have set up an excellent team of CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGISTS, who can support them by offering personal attention and the best individual counseling.
