Depression should not be taken lightly and the word, not be thrown casually. Depression cannot be fixed in a day; it is deep rooted. Many people tend to hide the actual emotions that they're going through; negative ones, especially. But that's what makes it different from most physical illnesses, and yes - worse. REMEMBER, talking about it solves a big part of the problem. :)
