We recently had the opportunity to visit Gyananda School for a series of career guidance sessions with students from Grade 8 to Grade 12.

Ms. Shilpa Singh and Ms. Chaitali Sharma led the sessions across grades. Grade 8 and 9 students went through their group psychometric assessment reports and understood what the results meant for them. Grade 10 students learned how to build a strong profile for Indian and international universities, covering everything from internships and leadership to certifications and community service.

Grade 11 students worked on creating clear Plan A, B, and C pathways for their future, while Grade 12 students got a deep dive into Indian entrance exams, both STEM and non-STEM, along with CUET.

We sincerely thank Ms. Rashmi Prashant (Dean of Academics), Ms. Meenakshi Mehta (SPOC), and the entire Gyananda School leadership team for their support in facilitating these meaningful discussions.

We recently visited MR Jaipuria Babatpur to launch the Mindler platform through a dedicated orientation for students and parents of Grade 9 and Grade 11.

Ms. Sana Jamal led the session. She walked everyone through the platform, explained how it works, and showed parents how they could stay involved in their child's career journey. The session also touched on why early awareness makes a real difference down the line.

We sincerely thank the entire MR Jaipuria Babatpur leadership team for their support in facilitating these meaningful discussions.

After 11 years, someone finally came looking for our secret formula.

He didn’t find one.

Because there isn’t a machine that tells students what to become. There isn’t one universally “safe” career. And there isn’t one answer that works for everyone.

That’s the joke in the film. But it’s also something we’ve believed for 11 years.

Good career guidance doesn’t make the decision for you. It helps you understand yourself, question assumptions and explore your options well enough to make that decision your own.

Mindler turns 11. Don’t wait till the 11th hour.

11:11 is for making wishes.
But when it comes to your career, wishing is only the beginning.

Whether it’s finding the right career, getting into your dream college, or building your profile, the earlier you turn that wish into a plan, the more you can do with it.

For 11 years, Mindler has been helping students turn career uncertainty into clarity, with the guidance and tools they need to make informed decisions about their future.

Because the clock will move from 11:11 to 11:12. Your next step shouldn’t have to wait.

Got an 11:11 career wish? Let Mindler help you turn it into a plan.

We recently had the opportunity to visit Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Lucknow, for a career planning session with Grade 10 students.

Ms. Tulika Chatterjee led the session. She spoke about how students can start thinking about career planning at this stage, from understanding stream choices to exploring the paths available ahead. The session also focused on how the right guidance can bring more clarity to these decisions.

We sincerely thank the entire Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Lucknow leadership team for their support in facilitating these meaningful discussions.

Some things are worth celebrating. Some lessons are worth carrying forward. And some mistakes are better avoided altogether.

As we celebrate 11 years of Mindler, one lesson stands out: don’t leave your future to the eleventh hour.

Career clarity takes more than picking a course or college. It comes from having the time to explore, question, discover what fits and make choices with confidence.

Here’s to 11 years of conversations, discoveries and students finding their right path.
Happy 11th, Mindler!

Eleven years ago, we opened a door.

Since then, we’ve watched students discover paths they didn’t know were there and possibilities they hadn’t considered.

This week, Mindler turns 11.

And we’re opening a few more.
