“Just like thousands of students with no interviewing experience, preparing for an interview was a nerve-racking experience for me.

Working on your Resume along with maintaining a decent GPA throughout college is something that benefits immensely. Having multiple internships, projects and PORs will certainly help during the interview.

The thing that helped me most during the HR Round was my experience at IGTS. The interview involved a lot of questions regarding my time and my work at IGTS and that is what helped me bag this Internship.”

"As the process of hiring was completely online, CGPA played a major factor. Don't lose touch on DSA and core subjects. There will be a lot of rejections in your path, don't let those eat you up. Instead, make them your fuel and the motivation to work harder. At the end of the day, getting an internship matters but learning how to embrace your defeats helps you in growing as a person as well."

If you are skilled, determined, and motivated, the opportunity is waiting just behind the door. It might take some time to find the right door for you, but opening the door won't be difficult at all. Go on, explore, find the right path, and you will succeed for sure!

"Out of all the hard times an Engineer faces, the Internship and Placement season is perhaps the most overwhelming and challenging. Treat it like a race where one must lose first in order to win.
Fractal Analytics comes for the Imagineer role in which the work revolves around Data Science and Machine Learning. The screening process consists of two parts, tests followed by interviews. There are two tests where the first one is an Aptitude test, while the second one is a Technical test. Further, if shortlisted, there are usually three interviews—a Problem Solving round, a Business Understanding round, and finally, an HR round. Clearing the tests requires a good amount of practice of Aptitude and Python/SQL questions. The interviews are primarily centered around one's resume. They require a thorough understanding of whatever one has written on their resume. Once I cleared the test, a shortlist was released, followed by two interviews, a technical and an HR one. The final selections were released once all the interviews were conducted. Fortunately, I was one of them!
Keeping one's calm throughout the season is the key to a successful offer. In conclusion, it is necessary to have a clear vision of why you want to do what you're doing, what you plan to do ahead, and how you plan to achieve it. Everything else will fall into place. Best of luck!"

"Going through the internship process for the first time can be quite stressful. I've always focused on creating a breadth of experience and focused on learning new frameworks and technologies, even outside of the curriculum. Maintaining a good GPA, having decent projects and prior internship experience certainly played a huge role in my interviews. Additionally, one of the key things I realized was with your academic performance, you’re also heavily assessed on your communication skills and confidence."
