I felt very happy yesterday when Mr. Sunderraman, a fellow trainer from a common WhatsApp group reached me personally after reading one of my post.

The post was about woes of immigrant workers and my participation in TV debate on same, as Spokesperson for present NDA regime, under PM Modi. Now, what such a post has got to do in trainers grp and why any trainer should connect with me on that ?

When a trainer has gone through the process of transformation himself then this happens. He a trainer in industrial safety training domain was in deep pain and anguish over the plight of poor workers and thus reached out to me. When you develope such a passion and sensitivity around yourself that's when you evolve as trainer.

Rest all follows, course, content, strategy, branding etc. This makes one a super world class trainer, out to reform life. Keep it up Sir and be in touch.
Once my teacher said to be a doctor one needs kindness in heart, if you have that you are a doctor, you do not need that degree of MBBS. If you do not have kindnesses even with degree you are not a doctor.
I feel it most aptly applies to Trainers & Coaches too. If you have genuine interest in people, their problem and woes, that human milk then you are trainer, the world is waiting for. After all the most difficult of world is to transform yourself, the journey of self transformation. Hope, the grim realities of Covid 19, will lead us on the journey of self transformation.
