We invite you to the Art of Living FREE session Breathe Your Way to Success exclusively organised for you and your family members in association with South Delhi Toastmasters Club (SDTM). 🙂

Art of Living has taken up an initiative to conduct this one hour-long session for society, which will help you to discover the power of breath in calming the mind and energising the body. 😇

This 1 hour workshop will touch upon techniques to:

- Art of Meditation
- Better Emotional Intelligence
- Stay Happy & Fit
- Reduce Anxiety & Stress
- Increased Energy Level
- Better Sleep
- Improved Focus

The session will be conducted by an Experienced Art of Living trainer Kriti Gupta.Kriti serves as a faculty member Art of Living Foundation (AOLF), and has taught thousands of people across the globe. Kriti has also conducted various mindfulness and yoga sessions for different corporates like ICICI Bank, OYO, Amaraja, HDFC Bank etc. She has also served as a teaching faculty in Colleges for Youth and has also conducted various Yoga/Mindfulness sessions for them.

Someone asked me, Why Toastmasters?

My answer to all of them including that particular person; Firstly, this image which shows some of the skills that you learn at Toastmasters;

Secondly, I seriously regret my inability to express emotions in words, So attend some of these meetings as guest, obviously for free of cost, and feel the positivity.

there is no fee for guests to attend meetings at toastmasters, and being a guest you can always participate in Table Topic Session...
