Curieux - The Computer Society, SGTB Khalsa College

This society aims at learning and developing new technologies. A place to exchange views and information, learn and share ideas.

Curieux (French for curious), is the Computer Society of S.G.T.B Khalsa College, University of Delhi. It was launched on 11th February 2014 under the guidance of Mr. Param Dev Sharma by the 2013 computer science batch of the college. The Society functions under the guidance of an Executive Committee. The members of this Committee are elected by voting members of the Society. Functional head of the Society is the President and is assisted by the Vice President, Secretary, Joint Secretary and Treasurer along with a Public Relations head. The wide spectrum of members is committed to the advancement of individual skill set in the fields of computer sciences and engineering, networking, information processing, robotics and related arts and sciences. The society also encourages students from non technical background having keen interest in computers to learn alongside computer personals. Curieux regularly organizes workshops, seminars and technical talks for the benefit of students and users of IT apart from conducting continuing education and professional development programmes for a focussed audience of budding students. It also organizes an Annual Fest that goes by the name TURING which under-sees participation of students from various Universities across Delhi-NCR. The membership of the society is open to all students of the college who are selected based an interview.

*Curieux* - The Computer Science Society of SGTB Khalsa College unveils *Logo Mania* a competition filled with logos and fun, that is being held as a subset of our Annual Tech Fest *PHOENIX '20*. Logo Mania is an opportunity to dare your being and proficiency.

Rules :-
Participants will be provided with the name of a company/organisation and they will have to select the correct logo of the company out of the given 4 options. There will be 20 questions in total. Difficulty level will keep on increasing with every question. Questions will be of 10 points each.
Team size of 1-2 allowed.
Team with maximum points will be declared winner.

1. Unleash the gamer in you and enjoy.
2. Participants are requested to bring their own mouse, mouse pads and headsets. WE WON'T BE PROVIDING MOUSE PADS AND OTHER EQUIPMENTS. However, we will provide you with mouse.
3. There will be elimination after each round.
4. All participants must carry their college ID cards.
5. No hacking. Any attempts of using hacks or glitches will lead to instant disqualification.
