The Hindu scriptures known as the Upanishads teach us, “Serve the guest as a form of God.” This Diwali season, BAPS Swaminarayan Akshardham was blessed to serve our community through the offering of sweet and savory mahaprasadam (sanctified offerings). Over 100 volunteers lovingly prepared and distributed khichdi (a special mix of lentils, rice, and vegetables), ladoo (a traditional Indian sweet), and chaas (spiced buttermilk) to more than 60,000 guests. Through this shared experience, our community came together in a spirit of devotion, gratitude, and unity. As the lights of Diwali illuminated Akshardham, they reflected the deeper light of ekta (unity) that continues to bring peace and harmony to all. #Diwali2025 #Akshardham #BAPSRobbinsville 27/10/2025
