Every child has a story of learning. The question is—are we noticing it? ✨
In this enriching teacher’s learning lab at City Montessori School, Lucknow, the educators across branches came together to rethink assessment, not as a tool to judge learning, but as a way to understand, support, and celebrate it. Through discussions on evidence collection, meaningful and standard assessment criteria, and assessing multiple competencies, teachers explored how to make children’s learning journeys more visible and valued.
Because when we truly see learning and critically focus on multiple forms of evidence, we empower every child to grow.

Propel began its *Teachers’ Learning Lab Marathon* at *The Prudence School* with a meaningful first-day meet with pre-primary educators and academic leaders.

The session focused on rethinking and strengthening learning for the foundational years, in alignment with the spirit of *NEP 2020* and *NCF 2023*. Together, teachers reflected on their experiences and shared their thoughts on how the Balvatika structure can support a smoother, more purposeful transition from pre-primary to primary.
Their participation reflected a shared belief that foundational learning must not be rushed, but carefully built through joyful, developmentally appropriate, and meaningful experiences.
At Propel, we see such conversations as an important step towards building competent and confident young learners.
