We conducted a Self Defence Training Programme at Maitreyi College from 10 - 16th January 2019. With the collaboration of Parivartan Cell of the Delhi Police, we managed to train about 25 girls in Maitreyi.

It was a physical as well as mental training programme. The girls were taught ways to defend themselves as well as attack the target if necessary. The students gave us positive feedback and some even suggested to conduct regular practice sessions. We look forward to more such interactions that benefit the students and college, both.
