Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) and is part of the Office of English Language Program's suite of initiatives. In India it is managed by the Regional English Language Office (RELO) under the auspices of The American Center (Embassy of US). The English Access Microscholarship Program (Access Program) provides a foundation of English language to talented 14- to 18 - year-olds from economically disadvantaged sectors through after school classes and intensive summer activities

As Papa Santa heads out tonight to wish all of us earth denizens a very merry christmas and bless us with all goodness (besides the goodies), we camp here together in the pleasant cold climes of Delhi to celebrate Christmas Eve. With fire, cake and hot brew... we wish the entire Access Fraternity, brothers and sisters across the world of humanity, even our fauna friends an extremely wonderful christmas, one that brings joy, togetherness and strength for all
