Alok Chandra Deb, on 7th April, 1931 as one of the foremost schools in the city.The foundation stone of the present building was laid by Dr. S. Radhakrishnan, the Vice President of India and it was inaugurated by Smt. Deb was the Principal of the school till 1964 and continued to work till well into his eighties. The School’s motto – We Learn to serve – reflects his deep conviction that a true edu
cation is one that reaches its apogee in service to society. That aim requires the development of character, curiosity and self-awareness, the three main objectives of an enlightened school. Generations of students and teachers remember him with reverence. Cambridge School, with four other branches in Delhi/NCR today, is the result of his dedication and beliefs. Located on a picturesque five acres site, Cambridge School Srinivaspuri is a co-educational Senior Secondary school affiliated to the CBSE with well-equipped labs, resource rooms, extensive playgrounds, tennis courts, well stocked library and experienced faculty. Our Class XII students from Cambridge School Srinivaspuri completed a 4-day educational expedition to Mukteshwar.
They explored veterinary science at IVRI, learned sustainable hill agriculture, trekked through nature trails and observed the cosmos through telescopes.
