Modi, Chairman ,under whose able leadership a series of Technical & Professional programs are running . Each of the existing institute offers unrivaled learning, self development ,career building environment and facilities. During nearly seven decades The Foundation has established Three Business Schools,Three Engineering Colleges, Two Pharmacy Colleges, Three Postgraduate Colleges,One B Ed College, One College For Fine Arts,Four Schools upto Twelfth Standard & One Global School. It also has the only Sanskrit Vidyapeeth, where teaching is based on Gurukul Pattern with a Computer Lab and awarding degrees of Acharya and Shastri. The Foundation has established several Dharmshalas, Hospitals & one school for Girl Child where thee fee is Re 1.25/year.It also supports National Society For Prevention of Blindness, and dedicated their Ophthalmic Research Center, where more than 2 lakh surgeries have been done. The Foundation has adopted many villages and converted them into Cataract free villages. With such vast experience, opening of a University in Rajasthan remained the natural progression for Dr Kedar Nath Modi Foundation. The University has 42 Acre Campus with International Standard facility.The building has been specially designed for local climate conditions with an environmentally friendly design. Intelligent buildings are designed for long term sustainability and minimal environmental impact through the selection of recycled and recyclable materials, construction, maintenance and operations procedures. Eco-friendly fly ash bricks have been used to boost thermal insulation and cut energy requirements. The periphery around the campus will have a green buffer of heavy plantation, which filters out dust & noise from the vicinity and helps towards maintaining pleasant surroundings. Rainwater harvesting system has been adopted. Waste water is recycled for horticultural needs. Solar energy panels will supplement power generation in the near future. At all the institutions of Dr. K. Modi Foundation the requirement of Industry are entwined inseparably with the syllabi we teach. This is because we strongly focus on imparting knowledge that is “relevant” that will generate quick employment for the alumni, while being immediately useful for the employer. Further, by such measures as inviting senior industry professionals as both visiting and Mentor faculty, involving students in Industry Sponsored research, and providing them hands on training on living industry projects, our alumni are virtually ‘ready to join ‘on graduation.
