Proud Achievement for BGSIPS!

BGS International Public School is delighted to share the success of Pakhi Mudgal of Class VII-B, who secured a Bronze Medal in Sparring at the 35th North & East India Taekwon-do ITF Championship 2026, held on 28th May 2026 at the Youth Hostel, Dalhousie.

Competing in a highly challenging category with 11 participants, Pakhi displayed remarkable skill, determination, and sportsmanship to earn this prestigious recognition.

Adding another feather to her cap, she has also been selected as a member of Team LIMA for the 3rd Sankalp Cup National Open Taekwondo Championship to be held in Haridwar, Uttarakhand.

The BGSIPS family congratulates Pakhi on this commendable achievement and wishes her the very best for her upcoming national championship.

STAFF ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM 5.0

BGS International Public School, Dwarka, successfully conducted the Staff Enhancement Program 5.0 for the Foundation, Primary, and Middle Wing teachers on 21st May 2026. The session on “Stress Management” was conducted by the esteemed resource person, Mr. Deepak Nagpal.

The insightful session highlighted that stress is a natural response to challenges, and the key to a balanced life lies in how we respond to situations around us. Through engaging discussions and practical strategies, teachers gained valuable perspectives on maintaining emotional well-being and developing a positive mindset.

STAFF ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM 5.0

BGS International Public School, Dwarka, successfully conducted a Staff Enhancement Programme 2026-27 for the Foundation, Preparatory and Middle Wing teachers on the topic “Focus, Emotions & Confidence: Understanding Myself” on 20th May 2026.

The enriching session was conducted by the esteemed resource persons — Dr. Sarika Bisarya, Ms. Rashmeet Kaur, Ms. Neha Rana, and Dr. Rajeev Sharma. The workshop highlighted the importance of early diagnosis and intervention, understanding children’s emotions and confidence, and creating an inclusive learning environment for every child.

The session emphasized that children with special needs are differently abled and require empathy, patience, and timely support. Teachers also gained valuable insights into the significance of teacher-parent collaboration and the role of educators in guiding children through calm and positive actions.

The programme proved to be highly informative and meaningful, empowering teachers with practical strategies to support the emotional and developmental needs of students effectively.

BGSIPS successfully conducted a highly engaging and enriching Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Workshop on the topic “Play With Purpose: Teaching FLN Through Play-Based Learning” by Ms. Satinder Kaur.

The interactive session emphasized the importance of purposeful play in strengthening Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) skills and highlighted how meaningful learning experiences can be created using simple classroom resources like chart papers, colours, and creative activities.

Some of the major takeaways from the workshop included:

✨ Exploring different learning styles — Visual, Auditory, Physical, Verbal, Logical, Social, and Solitary

The session empowered teachers with practical strategies to integrate Artificial Intelligence meaningfully into classroom teaching and learning.
