𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐁𝐢𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦

Little Flowers Public Senior Secondary School organised an informative workshop on the topic “Impact of Climate Change on Biodiversity and Ecosystem.” The workshop was conducted by the resource person, Ms. Shraddha Mishra from TERI, who enlightened the students about the serious effects of climate change on biodiversity, ecosystems, wildlife, and the environment. She explained the importance of protecting natural resources and adopting sustainable practices to reduce environmental damage. The session was highly interactive and informative. Students took keen interest in the discussion and actively participated in the activities and interactions. The workshop broadened their knowledge and increased their awareness about climate change and its impact on ecological balance. The students were motivated to adopt eco-friendly habits and contribute towards environmental conservation. The school management expressed its sincere gratitude to Ms. Shraddha Mishra for her valuable guidance and for making the workshop meaningful, engaging, and enriching for the students.

To strengthen child safety and protection, Little Flowers Public Sr. Sec. The school organized a POCSO Awareness Workshop for teachers and staff on 15 July 2026. The session focused on creating a safe, respectful, and supportive school environment while enhancing awareness about child protection, reporting mechanisms, and the shared responsibility of safeguarding every child.

Road safety begins with responsible choices. Through the Road Safety Club, our students learn the importance of following traffic rules, wearing helmets and seat belts, avoiding mobile phone use while driving, and respecting speed limits. Every responsible action on the road helps protect lives and creates a safer future for all.

Learning becomes more meaningful when students connect theory with practical experiences. Through the Raisin Practical, students observed the structure, texture, and characteristics of raisins while understanding their nutritional value and the changes they undergo in different conditions. This hands-on activity encouraged scientific observation, curiosity, and experiential learning in a fun and engaging way.
