SCS offers educational opportunity to boys from all communities, irrespective of caste, religion or social status. Good close teaching helps them to discover and realize their own giftedness and personal dignity. Outreach programs help them raise their awareness of how fortunate they are and this assists them to get in touch with the gracious and providential God who is at work in their lives. By awakening a social conscience in each of them it is hoped that the desire in implanted in them to put something back into society. SCS has a faculty of dedicated teachers who within each one's strength and limitation functions. The Christian Brothers, totally dedicate themselve's to the welfare of every student and for whom teaching is not a clinical exercise. They believe that all youth need is a supportive environment of good relationships based on trust, respect and empathy if they are to grow into responsible, honest, warm and caring adults. The school has facilities for remedial and special education in the Junior and Middle wings, for those who are differently abled at they are permitted to function at their own pace – each one's curriculum is customised to suit his needs. At SCS there is an atmosphere of openness- in policies, in dialogue between the different levels working here and in attitudes. The direct approach of the Brothers with their willingness to immerse themselves in the lives of those in their charge using their unending drive and giving of their constant support is manifest even in the attitude of the teachers and students. The Columban family lives together in a working harmony, sharing a wider vision and expressing it in ways that are individual and life-giving.

A Tryst with Diplomacy. Columban MUN is back. Bigger. Better.

The Model United Nations Society of St. Columba’s School, Ashoka Road is pleased to announce the return of the much-awaited 2nd edition of the St. Columba’s School Model United Nations Conference.

The Columban MUN 2017 will be held from the 3rd to the 5th of November, and throughout the span of these 3 days, will act as a conduit for rational, diplomatic discourse, hard-hitting and extrospective journalism, candid (and sometimes humorous) caricature and most importantly, for the efforts of all delegates, reporters, artists and photographers to culminate in the birth of meaningful resolutions to the matters at hand.

The list of specific committees involved as well as their agendas will soon be released. Please do contact us through our page for any queries or feedback.

Col. Thanks , joined the school in 1941 , the first batch of students and completed his ICSE in 1952.

SCS 75 years of educating young minds

The educational audit team , with Bro. Miranda. The school tied up with Hearth Advisors for an in-depth educational audit . The team consisted of Mr. Shashank Vira, Ms. Disha Malhotra and Ms. Suchita Ohri, the team did a complete evaluation of SCS in the last seventy five years. They then came up with plans for the future. With a lot of support from the Old Columban Trust the school is in the process of implementing the recommendation of the Audit Team. Mrs. Bhatti acted as the liason between the school and the Audit Team.
