The Session aims to explore the role of higher education and research collaboration as key instruments of knowledge diplomacy between India and Canada. Building on decades of academic engagement fostered through institutional partnerships, faculty and student exchanges, and joint research initiatives, the dialogue will highlight how these linkages can advance mutual understanding, innovation, and sustainable development.
As both countries navigate evolving geopolitical, economic, and educational landscapes, the session will discuss policy frameworks, best practices, and future pathways that can strengthen bilateral cooperation in education and research. The discussions will inform actionable recommendations to enhance institutional linkages and promote a resilient, knowledge-driven India-Canada partnership.
