We gathered at Green Park, New Delhi for our Follow-up Retreat—to revisit our June reflections, build clarity, and strengthen teamwork.

The day focused on three key areas:

Policy Review — led by Gulfiza
We revisited key policies on laptops, work from home, and leaves to bring greater clarity and shared understanding.

Program Pulse — led by Sushma
We reviewed Hello Zindagi, Money Matters, ECCE School, and Sakhi Saheli, and discussed the support needed from the team to strengthen these programs.

CTM & STM Roles & Expectations — led by Uma
Through scenarios and discussions, we explored clearer roles, expectations, and responsibilities for CTMs and STMs.

The retreat was about shared understanding, reflection, ownership, and moving forward together.

In Shivam's Level 4 English class, students are learning more than language. They are learning to speak without fear, make mistakes without hesitation, and express themselves with confidence.

Through conversations, activities, and a supportive classroom environment, every student gets the space to be heard and encouraged.

Because when students feel safe to speak, learning becomes more than a skill—it becomes a journey of confidence, belonging, and growth.

At Manzil, The Dance Class is not just about learning steps—it is about finding the courage to express yourself, take up space, and be seen.

Held once a week across three learning levels, the class creates a space where students can learn, move, and grow at their own pace. Himanshu facilitates Level 1, while Sunny leads Level 3, guiding students through their learning journeys.

From warm-ups and basic steps to choreography, freestyle circles, and feedback, every session brings together movement and reflection. Students gradually become more comfortable with their bodies, their creativity, and their voices.

What begins with a simple movement often becomes something deeper—a growing sense of confidence, connection, discipline, and belonging.

Every step is not just a step. It is a small act of courage, expression, and growth.

Sometimes, the most meaningful Parent-Teacher Meetings are not the ones where updates are shared—they're the ones where conversations begin.

At ECCE Kotla School, we reimagined our PTM as a space where parents could connect, reflect, and actively participate in their children's learning journey. Through an interactive quiz on children's everyday habits, parents shared their perspectives, reflected on what nurtures healthy growth, and discovered that there were no right or wrong answers—only thoughtful conversations rooted in care, understanding, and shared experiences.

As the discussion unfolded, the room became a space of trust and dialogue where every voice mattered. The session concluded with teachers sharing important school guidelines and expectations, strengthening the partnership between families and the school.

Growth isn't always loud. Sometimes, it begins with speaking one sentence more than yesterday.

From struggling to communicate in Hindi to confidently supporting younger learners as a Level 1 Observer, his journey has been shaped by consistent practice, caring mentors, and the rhythm of daily riyaaz. Today, alongside being a Level 2 Music student, he is thriving in school with 95% in Retail and 92% in Environmental Education.

His story is a beautiful reminder that when young people are given trust, encouragement, and opportunities to grow, they discover strengths they never knew they had.

Success grows where opportunity meets determination.

Through our partnership with Habitat Learning Centre (HLC), 22 learners are currently enrolled in the 2026 batch, continuing to build industry-relevant skills and prepare for meaningful careers.

We're proud to celebrate Anuradha, who secured 1st Rank in BCMS (Website Designing), and Krishna, who secured 1st Rank in Hardware & Networking (BHN). We're also delighted to celebrate Reema, who successfully completed the Advanced Computer Course (ADCC) and is now pursuing an internship at Habitat Learning Centre, taking her learning into a professional environment.

These achievements reflect the impact of quality technical education, practical exposure, and the determination of our learners. Every milestone is a step towards greater confidence, stronger career opportunities, and brighter futures.

Learning becomes powerful when we stop asking, *"How do we teach?"* and start asking, *"How do people truly learn?"* 🌱

Facilitated by **Sushma**, the **Science of Conscious & Effective Learning** session invited teachers to experience learning through storytelling, role plays, quizzes, silent acts, collaboration, and reflection. Instead of simply discussing teaching methods, participants became active learners—discovering that meaningful learning happens when we engage, question, retrieve, and apply what we know.

The session also became a reminder that growth is a continuous journey. As teachers reflected on their own practices, they explored new ways to create classrooms where every learner feels seen, heard, and encouraged to participate with confidence.

Sometimes, change doesn't begin with a big moment—it begins with finding the courage to speak.

When Rani joined Sakhi Saheli, she struggled to express herself and rarely stepped outside her comfort zone. In a space where she felt heard, respected, and encouraged, she slowly began to believe in herself.

Recently, Rani attended a Menstrual Awareness Program on her own for the first time, confidently interacted with new people, shared her experiences, and even received a job opportunity because someone recognized her confidence and potential.

Her journey reminds us that when women have a safe space to grow, they don't just find their voice—they discover new possibilities for their future. 🌸
