Hi everyone,
With the end of this academic year (2018-19), we would like to thank you all for patiently bearing with us during all the ups & downs this year. A lot was achieved by the various department of the council and there were many misses as well. First and foremost the professionalism with which the council helped manage alumni meet and talks this year was commendable and appreciated by all faculty members involved. The work on alumni database picked up great pace but needs a more dedicated and sustained effort to be finished.
Another incredibly important work was the voter’s awareness campaign under the office of the Sub-district magistrate and saw tremendous response from the students of NSUT. Furthermore the issues of lack of water in boys hostel and tie up with “The Robinhood army” to distribute extra food from boys hostel were great initiatives by the members of this council.
With this we pass on the baton to the new panel and hope the good work continues and further work with the establishment of constitution for the council and further recognition takes place in a quick manner. The new panel is,
General Secretary: Dhruv Choudhari
Vice President, Student Welfare: Vignesh Saikumar
Vice President, Alumni Affairs: Aarushi Ahuja
Vice President, Public Relations: Yash Vardhan
Vice President, Academics: Anshima Chaudhary
Good luck to the next Students' Council of Netaji Subhas University of Technology.
We hope they live up to your expectations!
Signing Off,
Students' Council Panel, 2018-19
