has been considered to be one of the reputed socities in the cicuit but today we were highly disappointed with the management of the event they hosted! When the results were declared we went to the "External Judges" for some constructive feedback and they really co-operated, We also took a photograph of the scoresheet(Attached Above) and later found a discrepancy in the scores, We had the 2nd Highest total but another team was awarded with second prize, We went to talk to the student coordinators and they were out of responses, they did not know what to tell us, They called one of the internal judges( A teacher of their own college) Who tried making up excuses like "There was a model scoresheet as well, Which we cannot show" She even lied to us that a lot of teams scored higher than the runner ups on the sheets that were actually shown to us but on rechecking we found that no other team except our had scored more than the runner ups, She also claimed that the external judges had a multiplier of 1.5x on their scores but that did not make any sense because even after that our score was greater! When we asked for further clarification she said "I am a teacher and you don't have any right to talk to me in such way, the decision is final and nothing would be changed" All we wanted was a valid reason of why we were not announced as runner ups and all we got were just made up excuses. @ Daulat Ram College
