A vibrant repertoire of activities for Classes III to XII—including Poetry Recitation, Character Portrayal, Creative Advertisement Making, Book Jacket Designing, Speeches, Debates, Poster Making and Persuasive Advertising—provided an enriching platform for students to articulate ideas, unleash imagination and hone their linguistic prowess.

As a part of Parent-Teacher Meeting on 22 August 2026 ,a Kaushal Mela, an eclectic confluence of intellect, imagination and experiential learning was organised where vibrant stalls of English, Hindi, Sanskrit, Science, Social Science, Cyber Congress ,Artificial Intelligence and Live Culinary Counters by the Primary Wing of the school transformed the campus into a veritable arena of innovation. Working models, interactive games, engaging activities and technology-driven demonstrations offered a glimpse into the students’ ingenuity, conceptual clarity and problem-solving acumen, while the display of in-house publications celebrated their literary and creative expression. The campus came alive with the splendour of live painting and sculpture, alongside captivating amphitheatre performances featuring music, dance, yoga and taekwondo. The Sanjeevani Eco Club championed sustainable living through its exquisite eco-friendly Rakhis and upcycled creations. The occasion was enriched by a Book Fair in the Junior Wing Courtyard, featuring an extensive collection of age-appropriate and educational titles designed to kindle a lifelong love for reading and nurture intellectual curiosity among young learners. A Parent Wellness Station in the Medical Room further reflected the school’s holistic ethos, offering complimentary basic health check-ups, including blood-pressure monitoring and general health screening.

M. L. Khanna DAV Public School hosted an insightful Career Guidance Workshop on 'Aviation and Hospitality ' on 18 August 2026, offering Class XII students a meaningful glimpse into the diverse and dynamic world of aviation.

The session was conducted by Shri Y. K. Goel, an aviation professional with over four decades of experience, and Shri Manoj Gangal, an experienced aviation and cargo management professional. The speakers went beyond the popular perception of aviation as merely a career in flying, introducing students to the wide spectrum of opportunities across aviation, airport management, cargo, hospitality, logistics, security and allied services.

The engaging session also highlighted the importance of discipline, communication skills, a positive attitude, professionalism and practical knowledge. Students were encouraged to look beyond conventional career choices, understand their own strengths and make informed decisions about their future.

On Tuesday, 18 August 2026, M L Khanna DAV Public School organised a Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan programme in collaboration with the Brahma Kumaris. Representatives from the Brahma Kumaris visited the school and administered the “10 Crore Mukti Pratigya” to the students as part of the nationwide campaign for a drug-free India.

The initiative, under Mission Spandan, served as a strong step towards Viksit Bharat, inspiring students to pledge against substance abuse and contribute towards building a healthier, safer and Nasha Mukt Bharat.

Students of M L Khanna DAV Public School undertook an educational visit to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to gain first-hand insights into the functioning of the securities market and the importance of financial awareness.

An informative session on the “Role of SEBI in Investor Protection” familiarised the students with SEBI’s regulatory functions and its role in safeguarding investors, ensuring transparency, and promoting fair practices in the securities market. 𝐀 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐨𝐦, 𝐋𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧

The students of Classes Nursery to II commemorated Independence Day through a vibrant and inspiring Special Assembly, radiating patriotism, pride and the spirit of nationhood. The young learners enthralled the audience with a captivating dance performance, an evocative poem, a stirring speech and a poignant portrayal of the historic Dandi March, bringing the saga of India’s freedom struggle vividly to life.

The assembly was graced by the insightful address of the School Principal, Ms Sarika Pant, who sensitised the children to the Vision of India in 2047 and inspired them to envision their role in shaping a progressive, resilient and empowered nation. She also emphasised the importance of becoming responsible citizens who uphold values, fulfil their duties and contribute meaningfully to society.

The programme culminated on a serene and spiritual note with the Gayatri Mantra and Shanti Path, leaving everyone imbued with gratitude, national pride and a renewed commitment to the ideals of a free India.
