IV Fluids me confuse? 🤯 NS, RL, DNS, D5 - Kab kaunsa dena hai?

👉 NS = Sabse common, Isotonic
👉 RL = Burns, Trauma, Surgery me BEST - Balanced fluid!
👉 DNS = Energy + Fluid dono chahiye tab
👉 D5 = Hypoglycemia + Free water dena ho tab

Ye 4 fluids NORCET me har saal aate hain! 💯

> *U* - Under 15 Sec only!
> *C* - Catheter size = ET Tube ka HALF
> *T* - No Continuous, Only Intermittent
> *I* - Pressure 80-120 mmHg
> *O* - Oxygenate before & after
> *N* - Never forget!
