At ANAND, nurturing talent and building leaders from within sits at the heart of how we grow as an organisation.
The ANAND Leadership Development Programme (ALDP) is our flagship initiative to identify high-potential talent and prepare them for future leadership roles across the Group.
As the development journey for the 2026 ALDP batch continues, we also invested in strengthening the capabilities of those guiding them through Mentoring & Coaching Essentials sessions conducted by Mr. K S Bhullar, a seasoned leader and respected ANAND alumnus. The sessions equipped mentors and coaches with practical tools, frameworks, and best practices to support meaningful development conversations and create greater impact through the programme.
Leadership development is not only about preparing future leaders; it is also about strengthening the leaders who help shape them. By investing in both, we continue to build a culture where learning, growth, and leadership development go hand in hand.

As we mark World Environment Day 2026, one thing is clear: meaningful change is built through collective action.
Over the past week, employees across ANAND Group locations came together to share their commitments towards a more sustainable future. From switching to renewable energy and choosing eco-friendly alternatives to using public transport, reducing paper consumption, and planting more trees, each pledge on our Green Pledge Walls reflects a conscious step towards positive change.
Together, these commitments reinforce a belief that has long guided us at ANAND Group — sustainability is not a one-day initiative, but a responsibility embedded in the way we think, operate and grow.
The signals are clear. What comes next is up to us.

Transportation is one of the largest contributors to carbon emissions globally. And while the scale of that problem can feel overwhelming, the solution often starts with a single, conscious choice.
At ANAND Group, our people are making that choice every day. Across our facilities and campuses, employees are carpooling, taking public transport, and switching to EVs to reduce their carbon footprint on the daily commute. To support this, our campuses are equipped with EV charging facilities, because encouraging sustainable choices means making them practical, not just aspirational.
This is not a policy. It is a culture, one that is being built by choices that may seem small in scale but are significant in intent.
On Day 4 of our World Environment Day week, we put the spotlight on the people who understand that sustainability does not begin at the factory gate. It begins at the front door.

At a time when global economic and geopolitical uncertainties continue to reshape supply chains, the discussions reinforced the importance of localisation, innovation, and stronger partnerships across the value chain. Building future-ready capabilities requires not only technological advancement, but also closer collaboration between customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
The event was attended by Mr. Mahendra Goyal, Mr. Rajeev Gera, Mr. Vinayak Hegde, Mr. Kedar Taskar, Mr. Koen Reybrouck, Mr. Abhijeet Kulkarni, and ANAND’s technology teams. As the conversation around sustainability continues, it’s important to remember that environmental responsibility is not built through a single initiative. It is reflected in the choices we make every day, including the spaces we create and operate.
Across ANAND Group, our campuses and facilities have been designed with sustainability in mind. From green spaces and tree cover, these environments reflect our long-standing commitment to balancing industrial growth with environmental stewardship.
Because creating a greener tomorrow starts with the choices we make today.
