It's all a game of mindset. If you have the correct mindset, you can achieve everything that you strive for. There are two kinds of mindset, a fixed and growth mindset. People with the fixed mindset believe their basic qualities, like their intelligence or talent, are simply fixed traits. They spend their time documenting their intelligence or talent instead of developing them.
While people with the growth mindset believe they can get smarter through hard work and good strategies.
So if you have a mindset to develop yourself, to unlearn and then relearn your basics, it will help you a lot in achieving your goals

Nothing in this world comes free. Everything has a price.
This is a hard-hitting fact. It also applies to dreams, the ones that fuel your life, the ones that make your heart beat faster, the ones that keep you awake at 4 am. You have to work for them to be fulfilled and that is the price, that dedication, that perseverance, that never-give-up attitude.
Every dream has a price, the question is, are you willing to pay the price, no matter how high?

Bullying can't be justified in any form, ways and means.
It hampers a person's self-esteem, confidence and emotional health.
If you are being bullied, seek help from teachers and your parents, never retaliate with anger, stay calm.
If you don't speak up and tell teachers and parents about it, then you are supporting bullying, so even if you have seen it happening to others speak up.

Teens nowadays are at highest risk of indulging in substance abuse.
The biggest reasons for this are that they feel peer pressure, curiosity of trying new things, distance from real and genuine friends and lack of love so they indulge in drugs as a substitute of emotional bonding with friends and family.
Family and friends' support is very much essential in overcoming substance abuse. Many do not get the right amount of support, guidance and rehabilitation.
We need to stop treating them as criminals and instead as patients who are in dire need of treatment.

Anger, in teens is common, the door banging, the loud arguments start becoming every day occurance, the phrase "You don't understand!" fly right and left.
Try to not see your teen's anger in a negative light, your teen might be going through a tough patch and finding it difficult to communicate with you, and anger might be an outlet for all the frustration and raging hormones.
Words said while you are angry, have the strength to emotionally harm you and your child. So, instead of retaliating, calm yourself down, take a higher road, and stop the argument for the time being and revisit it when you and your teen are calm.
The anger might be stemming from something much deeper, try and figure out the cause for it.
