Fear of Public Speaking

The biggest Fear..... People holding prestigious degrees, great success in their career but when it comes to facing the audience--- chill runs down their spine ...Why ?? Is it the fear of audience, the risk of non acceptability of ideas or grilling by the contradictory questions....it is a combination of all these factors actually....but it can be gradually overcome.. it can be reduced by gaining extensive knowledge about your areas, understanding audience ....last but not the least a positive approach.. .😊
