A mind of logic and reason; cold, sharp eyes but a heart of a total sweetheart - that's our Vice President for the tenure, Auyona. When not in her form of dissecting concepts and finding logic, you'll find her either humouring dry jokes or vibing to Led Zeppelin. As strict as she is with her work, you'll never have a boring conversation with her. Even with her texts reading like an MUN documentation, she's here to have the best tenure!

With a love for dance and a great passion for intelligent discussions, Avika is always going to be the one to light up a room with a melody.
For days and days you can find her being tucked in a cozy corner with a great thriller in her hand, but never saying no to the spontaneous trips as well. Whether it's a discussion about geopolitics or just a heartfelt chat- you can always count on our gen-sec for the MUN wing this tenure!

Born where the peaks meet clouds, Sukritika brings the same sense of calm to her duties as General Secretary. Powered by an unyielding enthusiasm for excellence, she is the perfect mix of reliability, warmth and intellect. A coffee enthusiast by heart, she believes in getting the job done, be it debating, academics or leading various societies.

Our soc all-rounder is the person to depend on, no matter the occasion. We can't wait to see the amazing things she brings to her tenure.🌥️☀️

She’s funny and stylish, with the heart of a poet; yet so efficient with keeping her wing in order, and is here to have a memorable tenure.

Trenchant – The English Debating Society of Maitreyi College – is now recruiting its next generation of speakers, writers, and leaders.
This year, we’re opening auditions for our three wings:
🎤 Parliamentary Debating – where wit sharpens into argument.
🌍 Model United Nations (MUN) – where diplomacy and leadership take the floor.
✍ Creative Writing – where imagination flows and words create worlds.
Whether you’re a beginner with raw curiosity or a seasoned performer with experience—this is YOUR chance to audition, shine, and become part of one of the most dynamic societies on campus!
