Indian Rhinoceros has thick grey-brown skin with pinkish skin folds and one horn on its snout.
They are excellent swimmers and have a great sense of hearing and smell.
Major cause of the decline in population of Rhino is the Human Activities and Climate Change.

World Rhino day is about celebrating the Five distinct species of Rhinoceros, which are under threat particularly because of Horn poaching and their Habitat destruction.
