As we all know, COVID-19 is currently disrupting the job markets as well as the businesses all over the world.

This once in a century pandemic has challenged even the top most companies leaving them with no option but to either stall or change their strategies to overcome this unseen obstacle.

During this time, we would like to provide the opportunity to understand and learn more about the companies that are navigating through this unprecedented crises.

Hence, we are delighted to be hosting the first International Guest Lecture on supply chain management and HR operations during Covid-19.

We thank our speaker, Celeste Estrella, Human Resource manager at a fortune 500 company in the United State of America for the past 6 years, for taking time to educate and discuss the impacts of Covid-19 on the retail industry and essential workers.

This talk will also Include the steps taken by their company to manage their employees as well as improve customer relations during these excruciating times.
