The poster for the 8th National Youth Convention of All India Agricultural Students Association (AIASA), titled “New Perspectives for Sustainable Agriculture & Livelihood Security (NYC-NPSALS)”, scheduled to be held at Institute of Agricultural Sciences, BHU, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh during August 22-23, 2024 was warmly launched by the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor Dr. Z. P. Patel in the presence of Prof. Jaimin Naik, Director of Students’ welfare and Dr. P. K. Shrivastava, Dean Agril. Engineering. Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor congratulated all the newly elected AIASA members and wished them the best for their future endeavors and ongoing activities.

The members of AIASA also presented copy of the 8th NYC brochures to Dr. Timur Ahlawat, Director of Research & Dean Post Graduate Studies and Dr. R. M. Naik, Principal and Dean of NMCA, to ensure broader extension among university staff and students, encouraging maximum participation.

8th NYC 2024:Poster Released

*Dr. V. P. Chovatiya, Hon'ble Vice Chancellor, Junagadh Agricultural University, Junagadh, Gujarat,* released 8th NYC Brochure and Poster in the presence of the State and University cabinet members of AIASA Gujarat for the *8th National Youth Convention* on *"New Perspectives for Sustainable Agriculture & Livelihood Security,"* scheduled for August 22-23, 2024, at *Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi* Dr. Chovatiya Sir expressed his appreciation for the efforts made by AIASA and encouraged maximum students participation in the 8th National Youth Convention at Varanasi. He also wished good wishes for future endeavors and ongoing activities.

8th NYC 2024 on 22-23 August 2024

Institute of Agricultural Science, Banaras Hindu University, All India Agricultural Students Association and Indian Council of Agricultural Research are jointly organizng a 8th National Youth Convention on “New Perspectives for Sustainable Agriculture and Livelihood Security” at Institute of Agricultural Sciences, Banaras Hindu University (BHU) Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh from August 22-23, 2024.
Aim is to bring youth in the forefront, scientists, academicians, farmers, industry representatives, planners, and law makers together for generating and sharing ideas.

Who can Participate: Students, Faculty, Scientist, Industrialst, Farmer, start ups, entreprerneurs and anyone who are interested or/and working in the area of agriculture and allied subjects.
